Why don't you just charge a retainer like a normal agency?

What exactly happens with the $10,000 — and when is it refunded?
Paid once, at signing. It covers domains, numbers, data, and tools we build in week one. No monthly fees. If we don't beat your baseline by the end of the sprint, we refund it in full. Everything it paid for stays with you.
What exactly does the 30% apply to — and how do you track it?
Only revenue we add above your locked baseline. Every account is tagged from first touch. You see every quote and PO. Your existing wholesale stays 100% yours.
After the wholesale discount AND your 30%, do I actually make money?
Yes. At 65% gross margin, you keep ~40% on B2B after our fee — about what DTC nets after ads. If your margins are too thin, we'll tell you and walk away.
B2B cycles are slow — how long before we know if this is working?
Outreach is live in week one. First test orders: 30–60 days. Real run-rate: month 4–6. You'll see replies and quotes by week 3–4. If nothing moves after 60 days of real volume, we refund the setup and part as friends.
Who handles fulfillment, logistics, and payment terms?
You fulfill — it's your product and your 3PL. We set MOQs, lead times, and terms around what you can deliver. We never sign an account you can't serve.
We already have a few wholesale accounts. How does that work?
Good — it proves the channel works. We lock your 6-month average as the baseline. We only earn on growth above it. Dead accounts (no orders in 6+ months) count as ours if we revive them — agreed before we start.
What happens if we cancel — do we keep the accounts?
Everything stays with you: accounts, lists, scripts, infrastructure. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Revenue from accounts we opened keeps its share for an agreed tail period — defined in plain English before day one.
